Everything was great and it really accommodated my family and I! Love the fact they had a two bedroom so that we weren’t separated and all for a reasonable rate. The only thing was that when we first got there, one of bathrooms weren’t very clean where there was hair in the tub and on the toilet seat and all of the shampoo and body wash were empty. I let housekeeping know and they cleaned it right away so that rectified it! After that didn’t have any further issues! The breakfast was good and as a plus they had social nights Monday and Wednesday with food! Made for a relaxing environment! It’s also in a good area of Lincolnshire though it didn’t look like there were any bad areas! Would definitely stay here again and at any other Staybridge location! This location was about 22nd a to the Naval Recruitment Ctr and about 35mins from the Ohare Airport. Took about an hour to get to downtown Chicago. We saw my stepson graduate from the Navy and later did some sightseeing in downtown Chicago. This was really a good trip! Make sure to check out Pancake Cafe in Lincolnshire about 5mins away from the hotel!! Great food large portions!

It is excellent to have a suite (separate bedroom, separation of bath and wash station, and a separate spacy room with kitchen, sofa, study space, separate TV. The kitchen has new and clean big fridge and microwave, dishwasher, stove, some pots and plates. I also like how it is convenient to charge all my different devices almost everywhere I stay in the room (by bed, by sofa, by the kitchen table). Breakfast is also good. Staff who helped me is very kind and patient and shows sincere interest in helping. Her name is Natalie. I stay here with a family member to send her away for an International trip and was under some stress. But staying here helps relieve that. At least it didn't make it worse. Location is also excellent. Very close to the lab (InfoPath) we need to do PCR test required for international travel.

Xiaojing

The room we originally booked was unavailable, so they gave us 2 rooms instead (one was comped). One of our rooms was right across the hall from the staff lounge and where they would park their cleaning carts. They were very much in the way. The trash under the kitchen sink had not been taken out from the previous guests and there was a musty smell for the first 24 hrs we were in the room. The front desk was polite and accommodating in shuttling us to our conference. The gentleman who drove us was very polite. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection, although the eggs were cold. They brought fresh eggs out after we had gotten our food. Overall it was a nice hotel and was very close to our conference. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was just the best. Best stay ever in a hotel. Everything was free. Free food for breakfast free food and wine Monday till Wednesday. Washers and driers were free except for laundry soap and drier sheets. Just a lovely place and would 100% recommend
